[theme-reviewers] Themes Re-Reviewed?

No not really and I apologize but this is something admins do and
especially when there's such big number of issues with Theme. You're not
wasting your time, all we are asking that reviews are done against
simple guidelines http://codex.wordpress.org/Theme_Review and from what I
could see it wasn't. Currently we really check reviews of new members only,
think of it as Theme Reviewer in training that all :)
