You're not wasting your time, all we are asking that reviews are done against simple guidelines <a href="http://codex.wordpress.org/Theme_Review">http://codex.wordpress.org/Theme_Review</a> and from what I could see it wasn't. Currently we really check reviews of new members only, think of it as Theme Reviewer in training that all :)</font></font></font><div>
