[theme-reviewers] Themes Re-Reviewed?

When we as administrators review other Theme Reviewers work (and our own as
well) it is more to insure the guidelines are being followed than to
re-invent the wheel of the review. You may think of it as similar to an
audit process, if you choose, and it is especially important to do these
audits when a new Theme Reviewer comes on board.

There can be, and sometimes are, many issues that are simply not "black and
white" decisions, or where a review comment is vague. This is a process,
the guidelines and the progresses we have made, that IMO should always be
audited. It is through vigilance and attention to details that we improve
ourselves ... and the quality of the themes being added to the WordPress
Extend repository.
