[theme-reviewers] theme-reviewers Digest, Vol 28, Issue 41

I have requested to be assigned a theme review by adding it to the comments
of the latest request thread (September 2012). Even though it has been 3
days since the request was made my comments show as "awaiting moderation".
Can someone let me know what the problem is and how to fix it.
