[theme-reviewers] Can anyone give me the final list of things I need to do

Hi Review Team,

My theme Catch Box is being reject even after I fixed the issues mentioned
in the ticket. In every new ticket there is new issues and some issues
which are just recommended by Theme Check is also being required by review
team. I am not getting this.

Can anyone please take a look at this ticket
https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/8219 and send me the final list of
things I need to correct so that I can make this theme live.

I will fixed it as soon as I get the list. If not then why my theme is not
being approved.
