[theme-reviewers] Please make my theme live

@Otto - I've been looking for some 'niche' for myself and am willing to be 
responsible on a daily or semi daily basis of clearing themes to be live 
with the responsibility to check the themes reviewers reviews and take notes 
on responses, to help better the review team.

Didn't mean that to be taken as rude, just wanted to make it clear.

"Security issues" means "no", generally speaking. An automated
approval system would basically set it up such that code we haven't
vetted could make it into the system and become live. That's a
problem, and not one capable of an easy solution.
