[theme-reviewers] Reviewer Access Request

It's more a matter of one of the Admins a) knowing there is a new reviewer
who has completed a review, and b) having time to set them up in Trac. So,
no: the current MO hasn't changed any. I was just a bit behind in adding
privileges for a couple new reviewers. :)
