[theme-reviewers] Nivo Slider jQuery Plugin License

I've always found the Nivo Slider licensing to be confusing, and recieved
no response from the developer when I asked for clarification.

Yes, the basic jQuery plugin is MIT (which I'm assuming is what's being
used in the theme?). But their WordPress plugin is listed on the licensing
page as GPLv3, while their pricing
page<http://nivo.dev7studios.com/pricing/>says the WordPress plugin is
limited to one site and not permitted for use
with premium plugins (obviously not GPLv3 compatible terms).
