[theme-reviewers] Theme Unit Test Data: WXR

The only thing that comes to mind immediately for "edits" ...

The Layout Test post needs to be made "Sticky"; and, the embedded video need
to have the brackets removed from around the links. I haven't worked through
the issues with threaded comments as I generally have created new posts to
review those in my test environments, leaving the "test data" as a reminder
point.

I've added a few other specific posts to test certain items for my own
themes but have not created a Test data set per se as I often will simply
clean out the sandbox installations and start over on a regular basis.
