[theme-reviewers] Theme Unit Test Data: WXR

For performing Theme Unit Tests on my development blog, I've been using
the XML file linked on the Theme Development Checklist. However, I've
noticed several differences between the behavior of the imported data and
the expected behavior, as per each specific unit test. (Threaded comments
not threaded, attachment linked as external file, rather than imported as
attachment, parent-child tags not imported with proper hierarchy, etc.)

Has anyone else noticed any of these issues?

Does anyone have a more current version of the test data? Does anyone have
a proper WXR-format export file, rather than the linked XML file (and does
the file format make any difference in this case)?
