[theme-reviewers] Theme Unit Test Data: WXR

Yeah, I had to make the Layout Test post "sticky", as well. Although,
since it is chronologically the most-recently published post, testing the
"stickiness" is unintuitive. Other posts should precede the Layout Test
post, to ensure that it is, in fact, displaying appropriately.
Is anyone interested in a "cleaned up" copy of the test data? I would be
happy to try to get everything cleaned up, and export a new copy.
(I am also working on coordinating the unit tests with the rest of the TDC
checklist, so that everything flows in a logical order, and nothing is
repeated.)
