[theme-reviewers] Outdated theme unit tests (test-data.2008-12-22.xml)

The test data (1) from the codex is outdated, features like threaded comments and probably more are missing. I filed a trac bug (2) and hope that somebody will look into it after the 3.0 release.

To update the test data we'd have to read through the release notes of all releases since 2.7 and add content that uses the new features. I think this should probably be done before establishing a standardized theme review process as testers need up-to-date test data.
