 @wildworks, as at least a couple of us have noted, the HTML of the cover
 blocks doesn't actually appear to be changing at all when we resave the
 page after the update.

 I included [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/63290#comment:7 example
 code] that shows the exact setup of a block that was affected.
