 The author of this premium plugin need to update their code to make it
 works with the latest release of WordPress.
 Moreover, they should use a more robust way to hook into the dashboard.

 Anyway, you can probably send them a request in their support forum. The
 issue is for their side, that's not something Core can or should fix since
 they are probably not using proper hooking methods for such feature.
