 I believe Matt said this:
 He is for the project but that it would not have enough time to get into
 5.5. The beta for 5.5 is in 1.5 week. He is also suggesting to expand the
 scope to embrace additional privacy concerns. In a sense making the
 project a bit bigger than what I initially thought it would be.

 So the bottom line is this: We now have a chance to work closer with the
 privacy team on integrating additional privacy concerns that are
 associated among other things with the local avatar.  That is how I read
 it. I think it is a very good idea.

 Moving forward. We should have a discussion about this during a privacy
 chat. To understand how we can incorporate better privacy controls for
 administrators. That sounds pretty exciting to me.

 There was a core media meeting today and as we did not have time to
 discuss the local avatar feature. It was decided to have another chat
 tomorrow at the same time in the #core-media channel. We will be talking
 about concerns directly related to the local avatar. We can also keep in
 the back of our minds privacy controls for a site as well where the local
 avatar is one part.
