 @pento darn, i was crafting a poem for my commit message :)

 seriously though, this still seems relevant for sites ''now'', given the
 current theme api and the need for a way to output scripts directly after
 body_open (see tag manager). I guess we'll see how things shape up, I can
 see how if things will work differently in the future we might not want to
 commit to this approach.
