 Thanks for confirming. I think it would be a good idea to explicitly
 mention them, if only to demonstrate the limited cookies set by Core by
 default. That said, they should really be listed in a cookie policy rather
 than the privacy policy. Best practice is to have separate privacy and
 cookie policies, though I'm not entirely sure what the plan is in that
 regard.

 Also worth considering how what we plan to include with Core will be
 mirrored on WordPress.org itself, as the language should really be
 consistent.
