 I was looking at the draft article I wrote on privacy notices for the
 upcoming privacy resource centre and here is what I'm thinking about how
 that needs to translate to the privacy notice tool.

 The user should be able to choose from the the following available
 headings:

 * Who we are
 * What personal data we collect and why we collect it
   *  Their own manually input information
   *  WP: Contact forms
   *  WP: Comments
   *  WP: Cookies
   *  WP: Third party embeds
   *  Analytics
 * Who we share your data with
 * How long we retain your data
 * What rights you have over your data
 * Where we send your data
 * Your contact information
 * How we protect your data
 * What data breach procedures we have in place
 * What third parties we receive data from
 * What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
 * Any industry regulatory disclosure requirements

 Each section would then have instructional text as I've written in the
 draft article, for example

 **Your contact information**

 //In this section you should provide an email address where you can be
 contacted for privacy-specific concerns. If you are required to have a
 Data Protection Officer, list their name and full contact details here as
 well.//

 Where the notice tool pulls in information from plugins, or from text
 available elsewhere such as text snippets or the list of cookies, that
 would be an option to add within that section.
