 Thanks for the feedback and testing, lets keep working on this!

 The large memory usage when browsing/comparing revisions is covered in
 #24958. Fortunately the JS already includes a mechanism for lazy loading
 the data (we do this for the compare any two revisions mode). I agree this
 ticket is far more important to get resolved.
