I'm curious, what was the reasoning for placement of the credential
request form inside the plugin card?
Regarding the credentials request, we could, after the first credential
request, store credentials locally in a JavaScript variable. That way
credentials only need to be entered once per page load, as we can bundle
them with following AJAX install requests.
