 In attachment:29820-current-theme-update-flow.mp4, a reminder of the
 existing theme update workflow. User must click into Details modal, clicks
 update link. We could surface an update button on the theme card at the
 list view (mock-up in attachment:29820-new-theme-update-button.png), so
 the user doesn't need to drill down into the details modal to update. This
 would also bring closer parity with the install/upgrade experience for
 plugin cards.
