 we should allow wp authors to add to the existing allowed mime types right
 from the dashboard. maybe in the general settings section (or media
 settings).

 i needed to upload a vcard recently and had to create a plugin to update
 the allowed mime types just for this.

 we can make a comments blacklist and maybe this could be handled the same
 way, one mime type per line, or a comma seperated list?
