 It would be better to concentrate on adding particular mime types, rather
 than a confusing and technical settings UI. There is a plugin already that
 allows for this: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/pjw-mime-config/.

 I would create a separate ticket to propose adding the mime type(s) for
 vcards. I think it would gain quick traction.
