 It is ''not'' Plugin territory, and it is '''definitely''' not ''Theme''
 territory.

 +1 to `add_theme_support( 'favicon' )`

 The WPTRT folks will be following this one closely, as its implementation
 will solve one (albeit minor) headache for us.
