 Trac does not support history or spam status of comments, nor is it likely
 productive to keep them (While this case you may feel was warranted to
 keep; I promise that there are many spam comments every week that are
 removed and provide zero benefit to anyone, just ask the Core team)

 There exists an [https://lists.wordpress.org/pipermail/wp-trac/ email
 archive of emails that Trac has sent] however, and Trac comments are sent
 to Slack.

 I can't help any further with this, nor can I comment on who/why removed
 the comments past what I've already said.

 If you don't get the answers you wish from either my comments here, or
 from talking directly to the Core team, the only other
 [https://make.wordpress.org/community/handbook/irt/ option is the IRT
 team] which wouldn't have any further information than already provided.
