Comment:

 I think this ticket could be closed. There is a way to unsubscribe from
 all tickets where you have added a comment, though that is not very
 intuitive to find and update. #3594 might make subscribing and
 unsubscribing friendlier, and I can open a separate ticket to discuss
 improving the preferences text and links.
