There have been requests to present **WHY it SHOULD** be reinstated. This
has been covered in multitude here already and I am for most of these
reasons.
I'm still unclear on **why NOT**, in some form or another (i.e. each
plugin stat closed to the developers of that plugin) this hasn't been
reinstated yet.
Sure, there may have been legit reasons to remove it initially for
security etc. and I don't think it was out of malice. However, I
understood this to be a temporary thing and that it would be reworked in
some form or another.
Why can't at least the people directly concerned with/impacted by that
data has access to what concerns them? Where's the security issue there?
