 2014. Unfortunately legal complications made the plan I laid out there to
 share this data with other plugin devs hard, because we couldn’t 100%
 guarantee that there wasn’t going to be identifiable data in there. I do
 encourage every plugin developer to get data like this, because it helps
 make good decisions. Still doesn’t mean we / .org shouldn’t be providing
 more data to plugin developers.
