 Correct, that's why we want to adjust the directory to show them an error.
 To let them know what is broken about their dependency and why it does not
 work. To prevent them from submitting a plugin with a invalid dependency
 in the first place. That is what this ticket is about.

 Regarding your other comment about deprecations, I have absolutely no idea
 what that means. This ticket has nothing at all to do with that.
