 Personally, I don't think using the dependency plugin as a way to handle
 plugin deprecations is a good idea. WordPress has always had a problem
 with plugin deprecation, and this should be addressed, but I don't think
 it should be half baked into a dependency feature. Deprecation and
 dependencies are two different things and should be handled separately.
