 It's sad to see this feature being yanked so quickly, it has been very
 useful for many plugin developers.

 If insufficient data obfuscation is truly the reason for this change, I
 think the best course of action would be to implement the missing
 obfuscation rather then removing the whole feature that many people are
 relying on.

 I hope we will be able to see this feature returning in the future.
