 I think that the theme directory definitely needs a refresh, and that's
 been mentioned plenty, but this is pretty urgent. Block themes have a
 different UI exposed to the user and are built very differently, and they
 should be shown separately in a prominent way so that users know what they
 are installing, both in case they want to try them and if they want to
 avoid them too!
