 Hi everyone,

 I'd like to encourage us to form some kind of consensus on a solution,
 while at the same time reinforcing that we can iterate on this later - I
 don't think we're going to arrive at a perfect solution for this on our
 first attempt :)

 It's important to highlight that block themes can only get better with
 improved exposure by usage, which seems to be what most folks in here
 agree on. The solutions in this ticket don't seek to demote classic
 themes, but rather they seek to improve the discoverability of Block
 Themes instead of the current filter approach.

 If there are issues with decisions around the project regarding themes,
 that should be a separate discussion in my opinion. I don't think a trac
 ticket is the best place for that, perhaps bring this up in Slack core
 meetings.
