 Just to reiterate and clarify my point: I absolutely believe that Full
 Site Editing Themes should get more attention and should be easier to
 find.

 One worry of mine is how we do that without downgrading the rest of the
 themes (so the remaining 98% in the repo) or without creating an Osborne
 Effect. (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Osborne_effect)

 So while I'm in favor of the intent of the ticket, I'm struggling with the
 wording.
