 today my friends from Iran can use slack they open the new account on
 wordpress.org and can log in to wordpress.slack.org but when I tried to
 sign up the slack, slack send me this message:
   " Hi, ali,

 You recently tried to create an account for alihendavi at chat.wordpress.org
 on Making WordPress, but it looks like an account for that email address
 already exists and is deactivated. We’re sorry about that!

 If you think this was a mistake, please contact a Workspace Administrator
 to reactivate the account."
  now I sure this problem, not a slack problem because a new account from
 Iran can use slack and my account deactivate just WordPress admin can
 active my account, please help me to solve this problem.
