 According to https://make.wordpress.org/meta/handbook/documentation
 /profile-badges/ it is `Themes` and `Plugins`, and both are used for two
 purposes: Developer and Reviews.
 Are you proposing that there should be two other badges for Reviews,
 separate from Developers?
