 Based on some recent [https://wordpress.org/five-for-the-future/pledges/
 Five for the Future pledges], I think there's some confusion around the
 `Theme` and `Plugin` badges. It seems like people confuse those badges
 with just the act of creating their own themes and plugins, rather than
 contributing to those teams.

 Maintaining open source plugins and themes is definitely a contribution to
 the ecosystem, but I don't think it's what we intended to convey when
 those badges were setup. Renaming them to `Theme Review` and `Plugin
 Review` would hopefully clarify that.
