[wp-design] Shuttle Work To-Do list

I think we can get pretty far in a month if we tighten the helmet and
get back in the game.

I say we start with the Dashboard (since we already have a mockup of
it). I'm sure Khaled and I will get a bit of work done tonight, and
then I say we try and have a new version every day from now on.

Another thing Khaled and I were talking about just now, is the idea of
inline posting. Basically, we imagine a dropdown, ala the one Shaun
Inman has on his site, which contains the a 'write post' form.

(Likewise, I think as many admin functions as possible should be
reachable from the blog itself. Stuff like deleting/moderating/marking
as spam directly from the permalink itself).

I've sent an invitation to all of you for a Backpack page I've
created. Please fill in information as it comes to you, and we will
make it the new home of todo lists and ideas.

- Mike
