I am assuming this will be replacement, not re-jiggering.  At least I
am not wanting to mess with js-ing the stuff around.

Speaking of which, development is all well and good, but have we
actually decided on anything?  There seems to still not be a clear
idea of where we are moving the elements.

So can we maybe have one comp that is sent around and signed off on by
everyone, so that we at least know that we are all on the same page?
