[theme-reviewers] Providing commercial non-GPL themes

Ready reckoner :

You create an item and transfer it to your client, WPORG doesn't mind what
license it is. If this item has gpl component, then the client has to
distribute it as gpl, he can however choose not to distribute at all and
use it for himself.

You create an item and sell it to different people as it is, it should be
gpl.

Here item is WP related, not sure if we have to sell even non WP items like
icons too under gpl.
