[theme-reviewers] Two credit links

I would be inclined to allow the second credit link for a Child-Theme by a
different author than the Parent-Theme (essentially the first link serves
as an attribution for the original/Parent-Theme author) although without a
reference to the trac ticket I will reserve my final opinion.
