[theme-reviewers] Two credit links

Hello!

The guidelines say that author is allowed to put one credit link in footer.
I'm reviewing a child theme where author put his credit link in the footer,
but also left the parent theme credit link - in effect there are two credit
links. Is that ok or should one of them be removed? If so which one?
