[theme-reviewers] Links on author/theme URL to non-GPL themes

Hi,

I've been told that you are not allowed to have any links anywhere on your
theme author site to any non-GPL themes (
http://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/14731). Is this correct? Are there
are published guidelines about this? I've looked through all the theme
requirements and I can't find anything relevant.

The implication seems to be that if there are any links to ThemeForest
anywhere on your site you can't have a theme in the repository. If this is
so, it seems a little harsh, no?
