Mario, that's definitely an edge case, and you can handle that as the
website owner or author in each case by case basis by using a child
theme, or a different theme that handles the long titles more
gracefully.

As I mentioned in the Twenty Thirteen Trac ticket, this guideline
needs to be reworked with a more practical and realistic example.
Something that's likely to occur in a majority of sites.

Also remember it's a guideline and not a rule. It's more important to
understand why a guideline would or wouldn't apply to each theme (and
to each website using the theme) rather than simply following the
rules.
