[theme-reviewers] Is there a safe theme-name list?

If you are looking for an example name to use that would be relatively
"safe" then I would suggest something as simple as Example-Child-Theme ...
as the current guidelines stand that name itself would not be accepted and
therefore would not be subject to updates from WordPress.org.
