[theme-reviewers] Windows 8/RT + IE10 Drop Down Menu Solution?

Can you be more specific about what the exact problem is? Does it
happen in Twenty Thirteen's menus?

I don't have Win8, and so can't test, but I've seen no issues with IE10 on Win7.
