[theme-reviewers] BuddyPress themes and the theme test unit

Hi Zulf,

Yes. BuddyPress themes should meet same WordPress theme unit test just like
regular WP themes submitted to repo. In addition, BP themes submitted
should be compatible with the current BP version.
