[theme-reviewers] Are the rules same for everyone?

Bryan,

Sure, the cat is out of the bag, so to speak. But I don't think that there
would be any user confusion between "Responsive" and "Max Responsive
Magazine". Users are not going to assume that one is related to the other,
or designed by the same person, etc.

These are choppy waters, for sure. But I think it is beneficial to tread
them, and try to find some reasonable middle ground.

For the future: absolutely, we want to word the Theme name guideline
better, to more adequately indicate what we're trying to avoid. For
example: the term "Accessible" would fall in that category. If someone made
a Theme named "Accessible", we would want to reject that name.
