Users are not going to assume that one is related to the other, or designed by the same person, etc.</div>

But I think it is beneficial to tread them, and try to find some reasonable middle ground. </div><div style><br></div><div style>For the future: absolutely, we want to word the Theme name guideline better, to more adequately indicate what we're trying to avoid. For example: the term "Accessible" would fall in that category. If someone made a Theme named "Accessible", we would want to reject that name.</div>

<br>It would be irresponsible to change this. Absolutely, the guidelines could always use further specification and clarification. But, as far as theme names go Responsive is pretty obviously off the table. It's no longer a simple descriptive word, it has transcended all that, period.<br>
<br>The past is set in stone, there's no changing this now. The only discussion to have now is how to avoid this in future cases.<br>
