[theme-reviewers] Sidebars/Widgets Aren't Required...

This indeed, is a niche use-case. The name of the theme is "Writer", and
appropriately, its intended use is not a blog, not a website, but just
content. Be that reviews, short stories, poems or whatever a writer may
want to share in a more simple way than a blog format.

No sidebars needed, because it's for creative purposes, not commercial, no
need for widgets, a login, ads etc. In fact, I'd prefer to remove even more
from it if I could, but right now it does meet all requirements, I just
need to be able to actually upload it.

On a side note, I think we need even more creative freedoms to do
interesting things with themes. Perhaps on
https://wordpress.org/themes/upload/ if a theme doesn't pass the basic
check there could be a checkbox to request special exception and a textarea
to explain the logistics behind why the theme does this or doesn't do that.

For my different from normal themes I explain in the description, a
readme.txt and a message to whomever the reviewer will be to make sure they
understand the special nature of the theme. But, obviously we can't expect
everyone to just opt to do that without it being guided/streamlined.
